Critical Thinking Game
Let’s talk about the importance of PLAY and games in our classrooms today. What a better way to squeeze in play than with critical thinking games in the classroom? When they play against an opponent, they are learning how to develop strategies, predict outcomes, and use logical thinking skills.We know that our students need time to play and have fun in school.
The experts on STAAR, such as the Texas Education Agency, the Lead4Ward team and Regional Service Centers tell us that there are some very specific things that we need to do, and other things we should let go of in order to prepare our students for the state assessment.
