Applicants are encouraged to determine the requirements for any jurisdiction in which they intent to seek admission by contacting the jurisdiction.All applicants are required to register for the Credential Assembly Service (CAS).After your application is received electronically, a request for your CAS report from the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) is automatically generated.Please note that if any one of the attachments outlined does not apply to you, please check the box within each section that says "this does not apply to me." Please do not submit attachments in lieu of completing the requested information in each section of the application.All applicants for admission to the JD program are required to take either the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) or GRE. NYU Law requires applicants to report all valid LSAT and GRE scores that they have received.The one exception to this requirement is foreign work completed through a study abroad, consortium, or exchange program sponsored by a US or Canadian institution, and where the work is clearly indicated as such on the home campus transcript. Two recommendations are to complete your admissions application.
